It is our main concern that our clients are satisfied with our instruments in every respect. You will receive every instrument tuned and set, ready for playing. You have the possibility of taking your time to play and test every instrument that you receive from our existing product range at home for two weeks. Should it then not convince you, just send it back to us undamaged and in the original packaging. The money that you have already paid will then be transferred back to your account as soon as possible. Of course you are responsible for any damages to the instrument caused by yourself. This also applies to inappropriate packaging. For this reason please always keep the original packaging and the packaging material and in case you send the instrument back to us, pack it very carefully. There is a warranty obligation of 2 years on all possible hidden material and processing fault to cients which stay within the European Union.

Warranty does not include any wearing parts, e.g. strings or drum heads.

According to German law any defect occuring within the first 6 months of the warranty period is always treated as a warranty case. Defects occuring after the first 6 months of the warranty period are only treated as warranty cases if you can argue convincingly that the cause of the defect has already been there at the time of purchase.
